Resist ICE Flight Departures From Hanscom

The Hub

  • Hanscom Airfield is the hub of ICE deportations in all of New England.
  • Prisoners are collected here from Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Flights carrying prisoners form Ohio and Wisconsin arrive at Hanscom on ICE flights.
  • All prisoners are to sent to ICE prisons in Indiana, Louisiana, and North Carolina.
  • From 4 months, Jan 10 to April 27, 2026, there were 42 flights to ICE prisons from Hanscom.
  • Our standout at Hanscom bears witness to these secret deportation flights that leave from Hanscom about 3 times every week.

What Can We Do?

The ICE Vans

Every Friday, we see vans and buses arrive and depart from Hanscom. They come from the ICE Prison in Plymouth, from the ICE Processing Center in Burlington, and from all over New England. This is detainees’ last stop before being flown south or out of the country.

The windows are blackened out so they can’t see us. But they can hear us!

YELL AT THE VANS WHEN YOU SEE THEM! PRISONERS CAN HEAR YOU AND ICE AGENTS WILL NOTICE YOU!

 YELL: ICE OUT! ICE OUT!

The ICE Fuel Truck:

We sometimes see the Fuel Truck enter Hanscom from Brown Bear Company in Springfield. These trucks fill with fuel in Boston, bring it to Hanscom for the ICE flights and then leave empty. Brown Bear has a lucrative contract with ICE. If you yell, the driver will report your resistance to the company.

YELL: ICE OUT! ICE OUT!
